True to form, Singapore is a spectacular meld of mouth-watering dishes to tickle any palate. From old favourites to new rockstars, you’re always spoilt for choice.

We’ve rounded up some menus that stand out and shouldn’t be looked over when you’re making your next reservation.

Blackwattle

Blackwattle brings a distinctive culinary experience to Singapore. Besides its five-course set dinner menu, the Amoy Street establishment serves a regularly changing three-course set lunch menu on weekdays – contemporary Australian dining in a fuss-free setting.

April group bookings with more than four diners can enjoy a complimentary cheese course at lunch Monday – Thursday and on a Friday, a glass of crisp sparkling on arrival.

Lime

Feast on five new dishes centred around the award-winning Quercy lamb, famed for its succulent meat and mild aroma.

The seasonal menu comprises of five lamb dishes that are prepared in various styles to highlight the different cuts of meat; Charcoal-grilled Lamb Leg seasoned with smoked herbs, slow-cooked Lamb Shank, grilled Lamb Chop, Lamb Shoulder with fresh thyme and BBQ Lamb Spare Ribs.

Chef's Table

Those on a vegan diet can look forward to Chef’s Table Wellness Tea Time; a five-course menu that offers a symphony of gluten-free and dairy-free savoury and sweet creations. Don’t forget to try their special house scones with raspberry chia seed jam and whipped coconut cream as the topping.

To further complete the afternoon tea indulgence, take a pick from the three fine Ronnefeldt Ayurvedic teas – a cocoa-rich taste with light floral notes, Stay in Balance; an invigorating herbal, Light My Flame or the smooth green tea blend, Let It Go.

Morton’s of Chicago

Morton’s of Chicago is serving up brand spanking new additions on their Sunday Lunch Menu. With scrumptious new items such as Short Rib Tacos and Beef Tenderloin Sandwiches, Morton’s Singapore brings to the table hearty American classics for both friends and family.

Morton’s also pays homage to the all-time favourite BLT, but with a generous dose of the ocean in their Crab Cake BLT. Seafood lovers will be spoiled for choice having to choose from Morton’s Maine Lobster Cocktail, fresh oysters and the delectable Lobster Bisque.

Epic cocktails on a whole new level, curated with high-quality spirits and are characterised by Middle Eastern influences, including traditional Turkish Raki creations.

Amongst the hero drinks is the Gin-based Prima Donna, which is served in a cheeky porcelain tea pot and perfect for sharing during a grown up tea party.

Nickeldime

Nickledime offers diners an approachable, laidback setting to enjoy good quality food and drinks. Their international bar food menu features small bites and hearty meals, including an irresistible Duck Waffle.

Another highlight is the modernised Croque Madame, prepared with house made brioche, hand carved ham, spiced béchamel and a fried egg – the Chef’s personal favourite inspired by his time in France.

For small bites, diners can look out for the signature Spinach & Kale Croquettes, Nickeldime’s staple Mac & Cheese and authentically delicious Scotch Eggs. 

Beast & Butterflies
