In celebration of International Pilates Month and Mother’s Day, mums gathered together for a chair and Reformer pilates session at REIGN Pilates.

About Reign Pilates

Nestled in the heart of Singapore at Tanjong Pagar Road, REIGN Pilates was founded by Sarah and Pris. Their classes focus on personalised private and small group Reformer, mat and chair Pilates classes for persons from all backgrounds and skill levels. During each class, the REIGN method targets smaller, stabilising muscle groups which lengthen each muscle through controlled and slow movements. Additionally, they help guide you to think about movement and then execute with precision and control. Options include personalised private Pilates sessions, or an intimate group experience. For the latter, there are up t0 seven reformers, seven for mat and six for chair for personalised attention. 
Types of Classes

REIGN Pilates Reformer Foundation Class helps improve posture, build core strength, and enhance body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or seeking to strengthen your foundation, this low-intensity session is the ideal starting point for a strong and balanced body.

REIGN’s classes comprise beginner Reformer foundation classes, to help improve posture, build core strength and enhance body awareness. Progressions include Level 1 and Level 2, Intermediate Reformer, Advance Prep and Advance Burn and Reformer Cardio Flow with a jumpboard. Expectant mother and mothers can also try the Reformer Pre-and Post-Natal classes for a healthy pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Other options include Mat Technique, Classic Mat, Full Body, Upper Body and Lower Body Sculpt; and Stretch Classes. Otherwise, try the Classic Chair or Power Chair classes.

Using a sliding carriage and adjustable springs, Pilates Reformers provide comprehensive full-body support, great for assisted posture, flexibility and fluid movements. Meanwhile, Chairs in Pilates force you to engage your core and limb stability so you can build concentrated functional strength and balance.

Oh Hello Bae

Oh Hello Bae Holy Grail Gelly Cleanser is a gentle, pH-balanced jelly cleanser that cleanses but doesn’t strip the skin. With a non-foaming “gelly” texture, the cleanser removes light makeup, excess residue, daily impurities, while the skin feels soft, calm and hydrated. Motherswork: Wonderlings
