No one really mentions how much your body changes after delivering your baby. Soft abdomen, stretch marks, cellulite on your butt and thighs – there’s only so much you can do to get rid of all these new additions.

But a relaxing beach holiday or a day by the pool – that much-needed chill day you have been longing for, for the longest time may present a dilemma – donning a one-piece or two-piece (bathing suit).

It’s definitely a daunting affair, wearing a bathing suit after having just given birth and still feeling a little insecure about your body.

From experience, it may feel uncomfortable at first wearing a bikini but it does give you a new sense of body confidence.
