If you grew up in the 90s, Nick Carter’s name would definitely ring a bell. He made a name for himself in the music industry by being a member of one of the biggest boybands of their time — Backstreet Boys. He has since shed the teen idol image he had, and is now a proud dad to his son.
Happy Easter to all of you and your loved ones. #easter @giadavegas and @cromwellvegas

Nick got his start in the music industry at the tender age of 13 when he turned down a Mickey Mouse Club contract to be part of the Backstreet Boys.
Fast forward more than two decades and many chart-topping hits later, the Backstreet Boys are still together, outlasting the numerous pop groups that came after them.

The youngest member of the group surprised everyone when he got married to long-time girlfriend, fitness trainer Lauren Kitt, in April 2014 as he had previously stated in interviews that he would never get married.
It looks like it was a great choice as the pair welcomed son Odin to the world in May 2016. Nick shared that the unique name was The singer was inspired by his favourite shows, Vikings and Game of Thrones when it came to naming his son, and said in an interview: “Odin is not one of the characters, but it’s known to the Vikings as a very powerful name.”
The two are well-known Game of Thrones fans, and Lauren’s baby shower was even themed after the show.
Nick’s rocky upbringing and relationship with his parents is something he speaks of openly and it has affected Nick’s view of how he wants to bring up Odin.
It’s great that he plans to give his mini-me a loving, dependable environment he can grow up safely in, and be a father that Odin can depend on. And he has taken actions to make that happen — the Backstreet boy has turned his life around after Odin. You no longer hear about him getting arrested and his days of drug and alcohol abuse seem to be behind him.
Lauren has been supportive of Nick’s desire to be an involved dad, with the whole family relocating to Vegas. This allows Nick to spend much more time with Odin. The devoted dad says that he still feels guilty when he’s away from his son but we guess that’s a feeling all parents can identify with.
I don't mind changing diapers and feeding him at all. #love
