IKEA's Annual Drawing Competition

Do your kids love doodling and drawing? Are they always thinking about the most out-of-the-world creatures? If so, sign them up for IKEA’s annual drawing competition. A few chosen designs will be selected to contribute to IKEA’s SAGOSKATT collection and sold globally. 100% of the collection’s proceeds will go towards the Association for Person with Special Needs to support children’s right to play. This year, the proceeds will be supporting the implementation of new programmes, subsidy of students’ school fees and other initiatives alike.

Simply download the drawing templates on IKEA’s website and drop the completed drawings into dedicated boxes at IKEA Alexandra or Tampines before 29th November.

HomeTeamNS Khatib Adventure HQ

HomeTeamNS Khatib recently opened their doors to the public and it truly seems like a blast! The Adventure HQ is the first and largest multi-installation indoor adventure centre in Singapore, with 10 kaleidoscopic installations. It caters to all levels of adrenaline thrills, ensuring fun for all members of the family. It has Singapore’s first indoor roll glider, which is the combination of a roller coaster ride and the experience of hang-gliding and the longest, 14m, indoor slide. It also has the first 165m long indoor artificial caving and biggest two-tiered, 16 elements indoor challenge ropes course in the nation.

The hub provides time-slots to adhere with COVID-19 restrictions, where the maximum number of people that are allowed in the vicinity are 50 per session. Changi Festive Village – Changi Airport and Jewel Changi Airport’s annual festive event is back again! This time, there are new activities in place that would be sure to get your family rearing to go. At Terminal 3 (T3), this year’s centrepiece festive exhibit, Dino Wanderland takes place as visitors would have the chance to walk alongside and snap photos with majestic dinosaurs such as the Tyrannosaurus Rex. Also located at T3 is Singapore’s largest double-storey snow fun house, tokidoki Snow Holiday. Play around in real snow and slide down the 12-metre-long snow luge with your little ones!

Terminal 4 houses more dinosaur-themed activities, such as Dino Bounce, Dino Kart and Dino Fest. Dino Bounce is a massive 30-metre-long bouncy castle that includes a 4-metre-tall slide and a tree maze while Dino Kart provides guests with an adrenaline-pumping go kart experience. When the sun sets, the night-karting is complete with colourful, bright neon lights and a lighted tunnel to race through. A sight not to miss is Dino Fest, Singapore’s very first dinosaur-themed carnival market with 50 stalls of yummy street food, festive-themed merchandise and more.

Lastly, bond and learn through play with your little ones with A Night at the Airport, a unique experience that Changi Experience Studio at Jewel has specially curated. For the first time, Christmas Wonderland, Singapore’s iconic year-end festive event at Gardens by the Bay. invites you to a virtual realm which you can enjoy from the comfort of home! Fans of Christmas Wonderland have the choice to either visit the event on site at Gardens by the Bay or participate online.

In the virtual land, you will have the opportunity to have a video call with Santa at Santa’s Workshop, challenge your friends to a snowball fight at the Snow Playground, try your hand at game booths at the Jolly Carnival and even shop for gifts at the Bells Market. The online games are suited for all ages, so little ones can join the fun!

On site at Gardens by the Bay, visitors can head to the Walk of Lights stunning installations brought in from Italy. A total of eight light installations will illuminate the Supertree Grove. #HighFive With Singa The Kindness Lion
