Ghostboy-1 copy50ml Don Julio Blanco
25ml lime juice
20ml agave syrup (1 part agave: 1 part water)
Dash of salt solution
Sesame oil
Directions: Shake and strain. Serve in a Coupe. Sesame oil for garnish.

20ml fresh mango puree
25ml lime juice
20ml sugar syrup
5ml chamomile grappa
Directions: Shake and strain. Serve in a coupe. Garnish with grated nutmeg.

20ml fino sherry (preferably Tio Pepe)
20ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup (1:1)
75ml prosecco

Direction: Pour ingredients into a spritz or carbonated system like this. Serve in a wine glass and garnish with fresh basil.
