Mummyfique rolled out its second Mother’s Day celebration on Friday 13th May! It was an energising and rejuvenating afternoon of yoga, led by famed Yoga instructor Roxanne Gan. This event followed the success of our first Mother’s Day celebration at K-Bowling Club in April. The “It’s A Strike” event saw Singapore’s top mummy influencers, powerhouse mummy CEOs, long-term sponsors and supporters of Mummyfique came together for a fun-filled afternoon of games and bubblies.
The Activity
This yoga event was held in Como Shambhala Urban Escape at Delfi Orchard, Singapore’s most exclusive wellness and lifestyle centre. Various light wood hues and accentuated floor to ceiling windows envelope this expansive, minimalist space. Soft sunlight permeated the retractable ivory blinds, bathing the venue in a tranquil, peaceful glow. It was such a perfect setting for an afternoon of revitalising yoga.
The hour-long yoga session was led by supermum Roxanne Gan, 32, who has a nine month old baby girl, Mila. She has 12 years of yoga teaching experience under her belt, and is one of the industry’s most well-respected instructors. The mummies had a great time rejuvenating under her expertise and guidance, while looking stylish and coordinated.
The Gifts
The mummies received a curated Mummyfique-designed gift bag filled with goodies from our generous sponsors. The outfits ranged from sports bra tops, tank tops, biker shorts and full-length tights.
