This long weekend saw many of our Muslim mums and their families donning brand new outfits and heading out to celebrate Hari Raya. See who wore what and try to spot some trends in this special edition of Fiquestagram!

Norfasarie’s family looked absolutely regal in an all grey and silver colour scheme adorned by delicate gold embroidery.
Rozza Ramli – @rozzaramli
2nd Shawal in monochrome. I think you must be proud of me @iamsumi ?

What a delightfully modern take on the baju kurung by Rozza, with a marble print as the base fabric. It may be a bit too much for the men though, hence the males in the family were in black with white accents.
Azzah Fariha – @azzahfariha

Being in matching outfits doesn’t mean that everyone has to wear the exact same thing. Take a cue from Azzah and her family who went monochrome and had everyone dressed in neutrals. We like how Azzah’s mum stands out yet looks like she’s a part of the family in her earth-toned mustard tudung. Alana too looks adorable in a cream outfit, the exact same shade that Azzah’s tudung is in.
Nurul Aini – @aanurul

Nurul’s family Raya outfits for Day 2 of house visiting look so put together that it’s hard to believe that it was totally unplanned for. They look great in mint, turquoise and yellow.
Malaque Mahdaly – @malaquemahdaly

Malaque and her family were pretty in pink this Hari Raya and it’s a rare shot when you have everyone but the toddler in the photo looking straight at the camera.
Huda Ali – @hudz_ali
Huda and her family’s Raya outfits are proof that patterns and prints can work when done right. The bold deep red is the perfect accent to the turquoise hued prints. Kudos too to Dad for being game enough to put on a loud print and matching shoes.
