When November rolls around, I crank up the Christmas hits and this man is number one on my list. This week’s dad crush is Canadian singer, Michael Buble. This hunky singer is dad to two handsome boys, Noah and Elias.
Michael Buble is a singer-songwriter, actor, and producer. When he was younger, he listened to his grandfather’s jazz and fell in love. That was when he knew, he wanted to be a singer. Despite the lack of encouragement, he persevered and got his big break when an aide of the former Prime Minister watched him perform. Michael has since released nine albums and won multiple awards – four Grammies and 12 Juno Awards.
Michael supports and donates to about 17 charities and foundations; he also hosts charity concerts in a show of support.
He is married to Luisana Lopilato, an Argentinean actress whom he wrote hit single ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ for. The couple got married in Buenos Aires in 2011. Together, they have two sons.
When he isn’t on tour or selling out Christmas specials, Michael loves spending time with his wife and kids. Last year, Michael and his wife took time off from work when their oldest son, Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer. The couple moved the entire family to Los Angeles, for Noah’s treatment. He underwent four months of chemotherapy.
Fast forward to earlier this year, Michael announced that Noah’s treatment had been successful and they were going back to work. He also mentioned that this was life-changing and made him cherish life and his family even more.
This Canadian crooner is such a loving husband and dad. We wish Noah well and look forward to what is in store for Michael in time to come.
