She first graced our screens as the fresh-faced Mary Camden in Seventh Heaven and played the role for 11 seasons, before moving on to be a leading actress on the big screen. But did you know that Jessica, who is also known as Mrs Justin Timberlake, originally trained to be a vocalist, before she was talent spotted to be a model, and then an actress? She hasn’t aged a bit since starting out as a rookie, though she now adds executive producer and mummy of an adorable baby boy to her list of accomplishments.
2017 has been a busy one so far for this yummy mummy. She starred and executive produced the first new show USA Network has picked up this year – The Sinner, which is based on the 2007 bestseller by Petra Hammesfahr. Though it doesn’t have a release date yet, we’re sure it’ll be great!
Not content with just being a superstar in the entertainment industry, Jessica branched out into the food and beverage industry by opening her own restaurant Au Fudge back in 2016. A restaurant and playground for kids of all ages, the actress’ personal favourites are the vegan Caesar salad and avalanche bars, so fans visiting, take note.
The restaurant was one of the awardees for the 2016 Totally Awesome Awards from Red Tricycle, clinching the Best Fabulous Family Eats Award, which means it’s definitely on the right track for a kid-friendly restaurant!
Her venture into F & B is actually not too surprising, considering she has her own garden full of vegetables that she probably uses to whip up delicious meals on her own at home.
Despite having so many different projects on her plate, the multi-talented mummy still finds the time to take care of herself – case in point, take a look at her toned arms in her post in support for the USO’s Flex4Forces campaign.
We have to agree she looks absolutely stunning both off and on-screen. Whether she is walking the red carpet, taking random photos with rainbows or has cake on her face, she always looks picture perfect.
What endures her even more to us is how she isn’t afraid to show her real self to the public. This includes her snapping photos of eating while getting ready for the Oscars’ post-party and sticking breadsticks up her nose.
That’s what makes her such a fun, loving wife and mum to Justin and two-year-old Silas. The pair got married in 2012, after meeting at the Golden Globes and made it official with a ring after five-years, and they are still very much in love with one another, even one kid later.
Their pride and joy, Silas Timberlake was born in 2015, and Jessica took to the role of being a mum like a fish to water. As much as she struggles like the rest of us to find balance between work and family, she remains a devoted mother.
Even surprises like dinosaurs on her Manolo Blahniks don’t faze her.
It’s safe to say that having her boys in her life literally makes her world a better place. Jessica has mentioned before in interviews that being a wife and mum has helped her leave the darker sides of characters she plays, especially her new series The Sinner, as when she’s at home, she has so much to do that she doesn’t dwell in the wrong headspace.
We definitely understand that feeling! It seems that there’s nothing this supermom can’t do, and we can’t wait for her new TV series to be out!
