Where To Go For Easter Brunch in Singapore 2017

Easter egg hunts and surprise visits from the Easter Bunny. These are just some of the kid-friendly activities that your little ones can enjoy at the various Easter brunches that are taking place in Singapore next weekend. The adults are just as well catered to with plenty of good food and drinks.

If you’re planning to head out for a fabulous Easter brunch, here’s a list of some of the best ones we’ve found this year.

Ritz Carlton

A ‘live’ carving station, chocolate buffet counter, an extensive sushi bar and unlimited pours of Möet & Chandon Brut Impérial NV champagne and wines. All this and more await you at the Ritz Carlton’s Buffet Brunch Extravaganza. The little ones will also have their very own buffet area with kid-friendly treats, as well as plenty to fun activities to keep a smile on their faces such as an Easter egg hunt, bouncy castle, kiddy rides and a guest appearance by the Easter Bunny. The Fullerton Hotel Singapore Town Restaurant

Ever heard of Torta Pasqualina? It’s an Italian Easter Pie filled with mixed greens, eggs and grated Parmesan cheese and it’s being made specially at Town Restaurant for their Sunday Champagne Brunch. You can also feast on Onsen Egg in Cocotte with Porcini Ragout and shavings of Black Truffle and Whole Salmon in Char Siew Confit. Your kids can work up an appetite by participating in the Easter Egg Hunt at 1.30pm, as well as the activities in a special children’s room that include face painting and balloon sculpting.

Mandarin Oriental Melt Cafe

Tantalise your tastebuds with a spread of gourmet delights, including Slow-poached whole Norwegian king salmon on ice, a caviar station, a gourmet foie gras live station, rotisserie and alfresco barbecue. Thereafter, the children can participate in an exciting egg hunt, join the egg painting sessions, have their faces painted or get a balloon animal of their choice.

Head down to Resorts World Sentosa’s Hard Rock Hotel Singapore to enjoy a buffet that is catered to everyone in the family. The adults can indulge in a buffet spread of local and Louisiana seafood dishes, including Chicken and Egg Roulade with Blackened Spice, Snow Crab Leg and Seafood Gumbo Pie, while the minis have Chicken Nuggets, Fish and Chips, and Egg Candies Cupcakes to look forward to. There’s also a sweet creation competition that children can take part in by creating their very own chocolate eggs and stand to win large chocolate bunnies.

Grand Hyatt Oasis

The children will have a ball of a time at Oasis’ Easter celebrations for brunch and dinner. Craft workshops and a play area will be set up for the minis during brunch, and they will be gifted with special fun packs. In the evening, there will be a special open theatre movie screening for the entire family to enjoy. And of course there will be good food for all. Both brunch and dinner is served buffet style with grass-fed Australia sirloin and lamb cutlets, freshly shucked oysters and prawns. There will also be assorted Easter eggs and cookies during brunch, and ice cream sundaes for dinner.

Celebrate Easter Italian style with a spread that includes Thyme and Juniper Berry-crusted Roasted Baby Lamb, served with Artichokes, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Taggiasche Olives and Asparagus and Robiola Cheese Ravioli with Egg Yolk and Norcia’s Black Truffle. There will also a spread of over 50 varieties of Italian cheeses and specially infused Gorgonzola cheeses. For the kids, aside from a wide variety of children favourites such as face painting and a bouncy castle, there will be an Easter egg hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

Have a quintessentially English high tea at L’Espresso with an assortment of sandwiches, savouries, pastries, English scones, as well as homemade hot cross buns. The highlight of the tea: a range of egg creations, including Sous vide egg with smoky potato velouté, chorizo and black truffle and Pickled beetroot egg. The little ones will be suitably entertained with a bouncy castle (within an air-conditioned environment), and a face painter who will be there to entertain the minis.

Prefer Chinese cuisine for Easter? Head to Mitzo where an egg-filled spin is taken on seven Cantonese dishes including Deep-fried quail egg coated in truffle peanut sauce and Scallop steamed egg in pork consomme. There will also be a special one-hour Easter workshop organised by Tickle Your Senses for the little ones.

Get your hands on Easter-themed desserts such as Hot Cross Buns, Colourful Easter Eggs and a Easter Chocolate Garden of assorted candies and pralines at Edge’s Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch. If you don’t have a sweet tooth, you can tuck into Boston Lobsters, Capon Chicken with Charred Lemon and Salt Baked Seabass with Fennel and Lemon. Enjoy Easter within Singapore’s first UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Singapore Botanic Gardens, at The Garage. Botanico is offering a 4-course Sunday brunch that includes a choice of Spanish Mackerel, Glazed Lamb Shoulder or Chargrilled Wagyu Flank. Opt to add the Eggster Cocktail, a specially concocted Easter-themed tipple with chocolate sauce and powder. Little ones aren’t neglected either; there’s a special brunch menu for them and they’ll be able to paint and make their own easter eggs. It’s fun galore for junior with bouncy castles, candy floss on demand and balloons for all at The White Rabbit’s Easter Buffet Brunch. Kids will also enjoy the line-up of specially prepared mains and sweet treats. Adults you aren’t left out. Open Farm Community

Like eggs? Then you won’t want to miss out on OFC’s special three-course Easter brunch, where you can choose opt for the Lamb and curry scotch egg or 63 degrees eggs in the shell served with toasted sourdough, fresh ricotta cheese, baked beans, stir fried chilli beef rib eye and spring onions. It also comes with a free-flow of prosecco, house wines, draft beers and a special tipple concocted especially for Easter, Rose Petals. Little ones can choose their meal off the Little Diners menu and later join OFC’s annual Easter egg hunt in their big garden.
