The clinic is centrally located at Ngee Ann City and was a huge plus for me as it was so easily accessible. When I arrived for my appointment, I was ushered into the VIP waiting area where a massage chair was all set up so that I could register and get pampered at the same time! I immediately felt at ease and was really looking forward to the treatment.
So What Exactly is Sculptra?

It is made of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a collagen stimulator that absorbs into your body a few days after treatment to encourage your cells to produce more collagen. This stimulator would substantially increase the collagen of your skin to correct the folds, wrinkles and skin laxity because of aging.
Now, let’s focus on the wonder treatment – Sculptra Eyes. It’s akin to Sculptra but this time, it’s all about restoring lost collagen and facial fat around your eyes. On the day of your treatment, after adhering to some pre-treatment instructions, I was in the capable hands of Dr. Chau. The therapist began the process with a meticulous skin cleanse to eliminate any lurking bacteria or dust. Then, he applied a numbing cream to ensure you’re comfortable before the start of the treatment. Once he’s assured that you’re set, the poly-L-lactic acid is gently injected beneath your eyes, triggering collagen production and delivering that youthful radiance.

Although you can expect some side effects, don’t worry, they’re only temporary. For me, the downtime was minimal, with slight bruising over a few days.
