#Fiquestagram Special: Happy 52nd Birthday, Singapore!

By Samantha Jong
August 14, 2017

We’re sure many Singaporeans spend the past week celebrating National Day. It’s the one time of the year where you’ll find a sea of red and white all around the country and here’s how some of our favourite mummies celebrated the nation turning 52.

Fann Wong – @fannaiaiwong

Little Zed is probably the most famous National Day baby in Singapore and for his third birthday, his superstar parents got him a cake shaped like a lion dance costume head, and as befitting of a little prince like himself, the little one had a crown on his head.

May Ong – @mayo923

You can always count on May’s boys to be stylish, and this past National Day was no different. The brothers were dressed in identical red and white outfits while waving the Singapore flag.

Tjin Lee – @tjinlee

Our favourite little man Jake showed off his Boss Baby face while catching the parade live at the Marina Bay Floating Platform.

Daphne Erokhin – @daphneerokhin

Daphne Erokhin’s little girls celebrated National Day with their best friend Hayley in matching red dresses.

Marie Soh – @mariemjsoh

Gwyneth’s very first National Day was spent with a simple family day out – they could have done a bit more to show off their Singaporean pride we think.

Hua Shuying – @themerrymaker

National Day got a new moniker in the Liow household – it’s called ‘Home Day’ instead. Shuying and her family spent the day mostly at home, with a flat lay shot of Little Liam waving an imaginary flag to remember the day by.

Aarika Lee – @aarikalee

Serial Bubble Blower. #ZolaMae ❤️??

Another one of our favourite minis, Zola wore a pair of black spotted red shorts paired with a black and white spotted tee – it’s prints on prints. It’s a stylish take on a National Day outfit.

Jayme Tan – @jaymeshing

Does Jayme have a future President of Singapore in her hands?  We’ll only be able to tell in another 40 to 50 years, but Coen has already gotten the wave perfected.
