At $68++ per person and $34++ per child, The Marmalade Pantry’s luxurious buffet spread includes a seafood station with oysters, mussels and prawns alongside a carvery station with Christmas classics including the Chardonnay-braised Turkey Breast and Whisky Maple Honey Baked Ham. Other mains include the Roast Beef and Apple Baked Salmon.
A total of six accompanying sides will be showcased – Yorkshire Pudding, Turkey Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole, Maple & Orange Carrots, Broccoli & Cauliflower Gratin and Roasted Parsnips, Potato and Purple Sweet Potatoes.
Sweets include the traditional Chocolate Truffle Log Cake, the Rainbow Log Cake, the Gingerbread House, Fruit Cake, Stollen, Assorted Cookies, limited-edition Christmas Cupcakes and Fresh Fruits.
The kiddos will be kept busy with face painting and balloon sculpting activities.

Famous for their halal Peranakan fare and durian pengat, these kitchen maestros are all dressed for Christmas. Tuck into a special feast featuring festive favourites at Katong Kitchen’s halal buffet spread ($48++) which features live carving stations – roasted turkey, turkey ham and prime ribs and delicious desserts for the sweet-tooth. The dessert table will include Christmas pudding. minced pie with a brandy custard sauce, a traditional pecan (and pumpkin) pie and log cakes.

New Year’s Eve Dinners
To celebrate their first New Year’s Eve and in line with Blackwattle’s definition of elevated comfort dining, Head Chef Joeri Timmermans has curated a distinctive NYE menu. The evening promises to be a sleek, unpretentious occasion in an intimate atmosphere. NYE set menu ($150) features snacks and six courses with an optional beverage pairing ($115).
Laidback vibes are combined with excellent, fresh seafood at Bayswater Kitchen, who have curated an exclusive New Year’s Eve set dinner with the finest ingredients from land and sea. Adding a spectacular end to the New Year’s Eve experience, the yearly Mount Faber fireworks can be viewed from the restaurant for a remarkable start to the new year. NYE set menu ($118) features five courses.
Bringing contemporary Italian cuisine to The Quayside since November 2017, Publico Ristorante is organising Saluté 2018 – a Dolce Vita Countdown Production. With a DJ and live entertainment throughout the evening, diners can expect a spectacular night full of Italian glamour. NYE six-course set dinner menu ($128).
New Year’s Eve Sunset three-course dinner ($128++) is available from 5:30pm to 8pm. Diners are also invited to join the Terrace Lounge Countdown Party from 9.30pm to 11.30pm at a special price of $200++ per person with unlimited pouring of G.H Mumm Champagne, house wines and beer.
Come evening at 9pm, the dining hall transforms into a glamourous masquerade gala setting featuring the outstanding New Year’s Eve Gala five-course dinner ($450++). The Gala dinner includes complimentary access to the countdown party at Terrace Lounge and a glass of Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne.
