Ban Lan

Ban Lan, the MICHELIN Selected restaurant, ushers in the Year of the Horse with an elegant line-up of authentic Fujian-style CNY offerings. Enjoy festive menus available from 9 February to 3 March 2026. The Prosperity Yu Sheng, (Small: $66, Large: $96) showcases distinctive Fujian touches including shredded taro, roasted first-harvest seaweed, dried persimmon. This is served with Ban Lan’s house-made signature sauce, a sweet, tangy and aromatic blend enriched with toasted sesame and red oil.

For reunion gatherings, Ban Lan’s Fortune and Prosperity Pen Cai (Small: $369, Large: $489) presents eight treasured ingredients from land and sea, such as premium spiny sea cucumbers and the traditional “Fist Meatball” symbolising warmth and sincerity. 

Ban Lan’s CNY set menus, starting from $599 and suitable for 4pax, feature festive signatures including Steamed Mindong Yellow Croaker with Yong’an Yellow Chili, Tie Guan Yin Tea-Smoked Crispy Sesame Chicken, and Baked Boston Lobster with Truffle Glutinous Rice.

Yang Ming Seafood

Ring in Lunar New Year with a feast at Yang Ming Seafood, where time-honoured recipes and celebratory favourites come together for joyful reunions and prosperous gatherings. From 23 January to 3 March 2026, diners can celebrate the festive season with Yang Ming’s specially curated CNY Set Menus, available across all three outlets.

Peach Blossoms at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay, Singapore

Peach Blossoms presents an exquisite line-up of seven set menus and auspicious Lunar New Year dishes ideal for intimate gatherings, family reunions and corporate celebrations.

The Lunar New Year set menus are headlined by the Spring Blossoms Rising Fortune Set ($688++ per person, min. 2 pax), an eight-course journey that celebrates auspicious ingredients at their finest. Just as families once travelled far and wide to source the best ingredients for their reunion feasts, this menu honours that tradition with a curated selection of exceptional produce. 

Opening with a distinctive savoury Harvest Yu Sheng built around Hakka-style salt-baked chicken, followed by elegant expressions of snow crab, Alaskan king crab, Double-Boiled Muscovy Duck Soup and Geoduck Clam, coral trout and 18-Head Dried Abalone, ending with a nourishing bird’s nest dessert. Soup Restaurant

    Celebrate the Year of the Horse with Soup Restaurant’s CNY set menu showcasing heartwarming classics and new festive delights, available from 15 January to 3 March 2026. This year, the set menu features three new dishes: the nourishing Fresh Fish Maw with Collagen Chicken Soup, the decadent Braised Abalone Seafood Pot with Dried Oysters, and a fragrant Orange Peel Red Bean Paste with Taro Balls.

      Experience a modern reunion at Restaurant Cougar Lee, where Chef Ethan debuts his first-ever Chinese New Year menu.

      Exclusively available on CNY Eve and Day 1, the set menus are priced at $688 for 4–6 pax (7+1 courses) and $1,288 for 8–10 pax (10+1 courses). Highlights include an enticing array of dishes such as Yusheng with Chutoro & Amberjack, Live Lobster, Steamed Grouper Iberico Pork Stuffing with Lychee, and Traditional Beijing-style Steam-Baked Iberico Presa.

      Reflecting Chef Ethan’s family-run philosophy, the DIY Dumpling Experience invites diners to wrap dumplings together at the table—a communal tradition symbolizing unity.       Kai Duck

      Kai Duck’s Chinese New Year dine-in menus are thoughtfully curated for group celebrations of 4 to 10 diners, featuring classic, comforting Cantonese dishes with a refined twist. The Harmony Set ($568++) for 4 pax comes with a nourishing Double-boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Chicken and mainstays like the Roasted Duck with “Black Truffle” Sauce. 

      For slightly larger gatherings of six, the Wonderful Set ($838++) turns up the indulgence with highlights such as Braised Shark’s Fin with Dry Seafood in Rich Broth and Crisp-fried Prawns in Wasabi Mayonnaise. 

      Kai Duck is also introducing two 10-course menus, both anchored by the restaurant’s Signature Peking Duck. If you love a classic festive feast, opt for the Happiness Set ($1,428++), with highlights such as Steamed Slice Garoupa Fish with Celery and Black Fungus in Superior Soya Sauce and Braised South Africa Abalone with Wild Mushroom in Oyster Sauce.         Broth & Beyond warmly ushers in the Year of the Horse with a refreshed lineup available only this Lunar New Year season. This season, the restaurant pushes its culinary boundaries further with an exciting range of new creations, from flame-grilled meats to baby lobster specialities, premium handmade balls to nourishing rice bowls, and a vibrant Spring Blossom Trio Noodle set inspired by the colours of Yunnan’s springtime. 

        Celebrate with Broth & Beyond’s exclusive set menus, which feature over 10 new Yunnan-inspired dishes. Ranging from $988 to $1388 nett for 10 pax, these festive feasts offer a premium experience highlighted by Miyazaki A5 Wagyu, live Australian lobster, and signature artisanal mushrooms.

        Broth & Beyond also introduces a limited-time Mixian Lohei, a fun reinterpretation of the classic lohei. Brimming with Yunnan flavours, this celebratory dish can be enjoyed three different ways.

          A festive spread awaits at Dian Xiao Er this 2026 Chinese New Year. The restaurant unveils three auspicious dine-in set menus alongside a range of new dishes that highlight ingredients traditionally associated with abundance and good fortune.

          Each set menu features Dian Xiao Er’s Signature Herbal Roast Duck. The Celebration Set C ($168 from 3 pax) presents new creations such as the Tangerine Bliss Pork Ribs and Bountiful Golden Prawns with Corn. Similarly, the Blessing Set B ($218 from 3 pax) highlights additions like the Jade Garden Morels with Asparagus and Bamboo Shoots, Prosperity Fish Maw with Shrimp Filling and Crab Roe Sauce , and Fortune Prawns in Mint Fragrance.
