Think about it – the minute you come home from work or a long day out and seeing that your mobile phone is low on battery, you’d immediately charge it. It almost seems like second nature to do so and once the phone’s all juiced up, it’s all ready to face a whole new day once again. If we can do this for our tech devices, what more for ourselves? Shouldn’t self-care and spending time to recharge be an innate thing to do? Seems not, especially if we are bogged down by the day’s work and all the responsibilities we have to shoulder. Isn’t it time we take a step back and find an activity that provides a mental escape? If we do not take time to recharge, we are like our phones, operating on low power. Tanglin Community Club offers a range of courses that helps you relax, refresh, and recharge. Set aside an hour or two once a week, sign up for any of these stress-relieving courses, and see the difference it makes to your overall well-being.
