Easter Islander Brunch at Native Kitchen 

Offering island-inspired food (read Asian and Polynesian cuisine) is Native Kitchen at the newly opened Village Hotel in Sentosa. The Easter offering is a hearty communal-style four-course, semi-buffet brunch that features three sharing salads, seafood platter of steamed prawns, king crabs, mussels, salmon, a barbeque board of sliders, grilled barramundi and jumbo satay skewers. Dessert highlight of course is the six-tier chocolate fountain. There is also a buffet spread that caters to kids, and it’s free-flow soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea.|
Bonus: There are Easter Egg hunts for kids, a bouncy castle, balloon sculpting and face-painting and movie screenings.

The Great Easter Bonanza by The Marmalade Pantry

Known for their pasta, delicious cupcakes and weekend brunches, The Marmalade Pantry will be hosting an Easter-themed buffet brunch at its Novena outlet. Expect signature dishes like The Marmalade Mac and Cheese, spicy crabmeat pasta, pancakes and truffle fries. There will also be an extensive dessert table, and kids can look forward to fun-filled activities like balloon sculpting, face painting and a magic show.

Easter Weekend Brunch Buffet at Mitzo

Known for serving up contemporary Cantonese cuisine and artisanal cocktails, Mitzo’s Easter Weekend Enhanced Brunch is a treat not to be missed. Specially curated by executive chef, Nicky Ng, it features 50 different types of dim sum dishes, soup and an Easter exclusive dish – Deep-fried Beef Cutlet with sesame mayonnaise sauce. Easter Celebration at Porta
Head on down to Porta this Easter to enjoy its all-new brunch menu, with unlimited servings of sides, appetisers, salads and desserts.  Must-tries: The Whole Roasted Salmon with lemon dill and bearnaise sauce at the carvery station and of course the chocolate fountain at the dessert corner.  

There will also be family-friendly activities such as Easter bunny mask-making and Easter egg-painting (on a rotation basis from 12.30pm to 2.30pm). There is also a kid’s playroom with rocking horse and caterpillar tunnel for the little ones to play at, while parents enjoy their nosh.
