Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore (CPAS) is back with the Steptember campaign! This year, it targets to raise funds by clocking a record number of 300 million steps in the month of Steptember.
Steptember challenges participants to take 10,000 steps a day for 28 days (3rd to 30th September 2019) and raise funds for CPAS’ extensive programmes and services, which currently benefit over 700 children and adults with cerebral palsy or multiple disabilities.
The 2019 edition of the fun fitness charity project was officially launched on 29 September 2019 by Guest-of-Honour, Mr Teo Chee Hean, Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security.
Steptember is part of a global health and wellness fundraising movement for cerebral palsy organisations in different countries.
Singapore participants can register in a team of two to four at www.steptember.sg and log their daily activity online.
Registration costs $25 per participant.
Participants’ friends and family can also support their efforts with online donations to CPAS.
